Comprehensive Divorce Mediation Package
- Our male/female co-mediation team discuss each financial and custodial issue in a step by step method, from the easiest to the most difficult issue.
- After each session a summary letter is prepared of the points of agreement and an agenda for the next session.
- After all our mediation sessions and written summaries of our agreements on each and every issue have been reviewed, we incorporate the agreement into a final judgment to be filed with the Superior Court of Los Angeles. We encourage you to review the final draft with your advisors, attorneys or accountants or you may choose to sign and notarize the document for immediate filing. We assist in preparing and filing all the necessary affidavits and documents for court.
- For Jewish couples, we also arrange for the execution of a religious divorce in the rabbinical court, upon request.
