Single issue mediation
Any disputed single issue can be mediated and concretized in a stipulation to be filed with the court. Whether you have already negotiated certain issues in court pending the divorce, or even years after the divorce is finalized, our doors are open so long as the two of you are ready to resolve the matter outside of court.
Parenting plan mediation
We assist in reducing tension and helping couples develop a child-centered custody plan that will enable you to co-parent.
We use the same method as in session one of the Comprehensive package, detailed here.

post-judgment modification
Our lives are fluid and circumstances change as children grow. Perhaps you were laid off from work and need to relocate to another state, or a new and better educational opportunity presented itself for your child. Perhaps it's just that the current plan does not meet the best needs of your child(ren). In any case, our method will help create a solution that finds the balance between the needs of your child(ren) and the needs of each parent, including finding that ideal of work-life balance.
Prenuptial Agreements
Financial Pre-Marital Agreements
Getting married is an emotional time, especially when you need to financially plan for your future lives together or in the event of a divorce. Even though you will likely need to hire separate attorneys to execute a premarital agreement in the state of California, our co-mediation method will provide the optimal forum for each of you to express your needs, fears, and responsibilities, and decrease the anxiety surrounding these decisions.
Jewish Prenuptial/Arbitration Agreements
We provide Jewish prenuptial/arbitration agreements to deter withholding of the Get by either of you and are enforceable in California courts. If you already have a financial prenuptial agreement we draft arbitration provisions that may be inserted into your prenup or as a modification thereto. These provisions are meant to foster cooperation by each party to execute the Get in a timely fashion.
